Payment

Pitches are offered subject to availability. All pitch prices displayed online or on our Facebook site are subject to change at any time and without notification. Pitched must be purchased in advance via – info@cleweranddedworth.org.uk. Payment must be made to secure your pitch and no confirmation will be sent until this has been received.

Cancellation

Events will not be cancelled in the event of poor or inclement weather. If is necessary for us to cancel an event, we will notify Pitch Holders using the email used to book the pitch and post a notification via social media. Clewer and Dedworth Together reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. Pitch fees are non-refundable in cases of event cancellation due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation occurs for reasons within our control. Clewer and Dedworth Together will not be held liable for any incidental costs that occur as a result of cancellation, including but not exclusive to costs relating to: travel, hotel, restaurants or food and drink purchases. 

Refunds

A booking confirmation email will be sent once payment has been made and this booking confirmation email serves as the receipt for this event. We do not refund Pitch Fees; all bookings are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee entry without having this information on hand. Sellers who breach the consumers rights act 2015, will not be entitled to a refund if we void your pitch booking. Sellers who sell counterfeit goods or goods which were not specified at the time of the booking will be asked to leave with no refund due.

Weather

Rain, temperature, or low winds will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation unless they are a safety risk to sellers and the Public. In event of rain vendors should always dress with the weather and time of year in mind. Vendors who are unable to attend or who choose not to attend an event because of predicted or actual weather are not eligible for a refund if the event goes ahead. Pitch fees are non-refundable in cases of event cancellation due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation occurs for reasons within our control.

Damage or Loss of Stock

Clewer and Dedworth Together will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of vendors property howsoever caused.

Alcohol and Food

Last Drink and food to be served is strictly 9.45pm. All food vendors must always have a copy of their food hygiene certificate on display, failure to do so will result in being asked to leave. All alcohol vendors must comply to challenge 25 and have the documentation required visible on display.

Prohibited items

Re- sale of counterfeit goods, Tobacco, weapons, and firearms are not permitted. All vendors who breach this will be asked to leave immediately and reported to the local authorities.

Vendors Responsibilities

All rubbish must be taken away and disposed of by the vendor, valid insurance policy must be always on hand during the event.  Generators are permit, Card and Cash payments should be excepted at all our events, where possible.

Confidentiality

Your personal information is not given to any third party. Any Vendor, testimonials or quotes will only be used on the website or across social media, all vendors will be advertised across our social media platforms, if you do not wish to be advertised, please do let us now in advance of your booking.
